The Old Car Centre in BC has a complete gasket set for 272,292,312 V-8 engines for $145. The part number is B7AZ-6008.

For a local close to home supply for older parts I always try Napa. Usually they can get it over nite. Just got a rear brake hose for my 67 Mustang over nite. Last year I got engine gaskets for my 272 V8 in my 57 F350, they had the gaskets I needed without having to buy the complete engine set and were reasonable. Good sevice as well as knowledgable staff, great store in Saskatoon. I hate ordering from any distance because of the waiting.

Thanks guys... I'll be starting on the truck this summer, now that the kids are older.... I've only had it for 25 years now, so I think it's time. I'll probably be asking for some help once in a while.... thanks again.

I live in Wpg. I bought the truck in Kemnay Mb. when I was 15... 41 now. It's a 55 f-100 delux cab, with a 272. It is presently in Pine Falls, Mb @ my folks place. I'm taking three wks this summer to do the frame, suspension and motor and plan on doing the body next winter. I'll send some pics when available....
