Depends on what you're using the vehicle for, what you plan to do with the tuner, your level of want/desire to be able to tweak, and your budget, etc. MotorHaven can supply either, or a custom programmed SCT Xcalibrator --- what are you looking for in a tuner, is price a factor, and do you want to be able to play around with very detailed settings or are basic settings enough?

well for now everything is stock but plan on a new muffler probly a magnaflow looking into my be pullys and a air intake. have the 4.6l in my 2003 with a 3.08 rearend and think i want to change to a 3.55ls so i would need to recal for that as far as setting down and changing and tring to tweek the system i will probably use the setting that are provided.
It'll be your best bang for the buck.
