Have you tested your EGR valve? Make sure EGR valve isn't sticking, broken or leaking.

One simple test would be to disconnect the vacuum hose to the EGR and plug it. EGR Valve should close all the way. Look for any leaks problems. Test drive and see if the problem changes any.

i was wondering if it could be the FPR is there any to test it im gonna have my uncle hook up the fuel pressure tester tommorow and we will try that im thinking i might go out and replace all the vaccum line just to make sure that that aint the problem i found out why my brakes werent working right though te vaccum line from the master cylinder wasnt hooke up i felt stupid about that. my uncle also decide to try spaing ether by the exhaust manifold and intake to see if the idle change that would mean there was a hole but nope not there either.
