Brakes
I'm doing some preventative maintainence on my 99' F-350. I've never taken the brakes apart on a dually. BEFORE I screw something up, is there anything special I need to know, any tricks or watchouts? My chilton manual only has front brake stuff, nothing in the rear.
Can I just pull the tires and remove the drum like I did on my 150? Is it that simple or are there different things to do?

my guess and only a guess but i think it probably has rear disk brakes. if it does it easier for you. if not some drum brakes are set up like an f-150 just slide the drum off. sound so easy doesn't!! but if you have done many you know it not. but some f-250 and 350 you need to pull the axle shaft and take the whole hub and drum off as one piece. but then other do just slide off. so good luck and bring any other questions here and we can help.
