Help 302 oddball
i have a 1989 F150, the engine in it is 302EFI but it has roller cam and double roller timing chain, and a strange cylinder head that the parts people had trouble finding sparks for, they told me when they found them those heads were mad only a copple of years in the late 80's to early 90's not really sure about the years...i thought it was a boss but now I'm not sure...please help...thanks very much

Sounds like your truck had it's engine replaced with a 302 HO that was topped off with a regular truck intake, I doubt that it has weird heads, they're probably just not truck heads.
