End of July early August I order my 2006 Corvette.
Some time in 2007 or 2008 A new F350 super duty is in the wings. Also hope to have the 56 completed by this time. F100 notionals here I come.
In 2010 our 30th and a 5th wheel to go with the F350.

November 1954- born outside of Stuttgart, Germany.
September 1956- move to Southern California.
spent the next 16 years growing up in both locations.
September 1972- College in Switzerland.
September 1974- Transferred to Lewis and Clark College, Portland, Or. Graduated '76.
July 1976- First job in the Car biz (Chebbie)
1978- first pickup (Chebbie). Haven't been without one since.
November 1979- married the love of my life.
April 1987- first of three children born, and life changed. He's cruising these boards somewhere- and I'm really proud of the kid.
April 1989- second job in the car biz (also Chebbie)
My dad died the same month. Not a day passes that I don't think of him. Alzheimers stole his mind, but not his sunny disposition.
August1991- third child ("the caboose") born. Life doesn't change a bit. Wife and i decide either babies are getting easier, or we're getting better at this parenting thing.
June 1993- oldest daughter diagnosed with autism. Life changed again.
October 1997- mom dies at age 90. Not a day passes that I don't think of her either- she defined aging gracefully. The years stole her health, but not her sense of humor.
September 1999- dealer ads Ford to his multi-brand stable. I'm excited- after adding six makes, finally one I can sink my teeth into.
June 2000- I retire...sort of. Consulted for same dealer, but made my own hours, etc.
September 2000- wife pursues a careed in special ed, determined to save the world, one child at a time. Life changes again- I'm Mr. Mom.
January 2004- break my leg (compound spiral fracture), spend 5 months on the hide-a-bed in the family room. Almost go crazy, decide life needs to change.
October2004- joined the trunkmonkey's merry band as a Chevy and Ford Fleet Sales manager- the only two brands I ever really cared about.

Wow- so much for the first 50 years.

That, is my life in a nutshell.

Wow, some people have a smaller nut than others I guess!

as for me:
Born in Aug. 1980
Got first actual job in 1996 at a lumberyard in town, worked odd jobs too but this one had SS and taxes so it was real.
Graduated high school same town I was born in in 1998.
Went to Junior College in fall of 98
June 1999 went ot work for a HVAC contractor. If I'd stayed I'd be part owner by now. Worked full time through my last year of Junior College, I was in the HVAC program then.
Reliazed I drank way too much in Dec. 1999
Lost a nephew in Dec 1999.
Gave my life to Christ in Jan 2000. One heck of a story too.
March 2000, told my dad I loved him, heard te same back. (dad and I always have been close but have never been able to say that).
Graduated in May 2000 with an AS degree in HVAC Technlogy. Anyway....
Sometime between age 20 and age 21 I realized my dad is getting smarter. My smarts were starting to rub off on him I guess and his smarts on me I guess.
August 2001 went to Southern Illinois University to work on a BA in Administration of Justice to be a cop someday.
March 2004 started working in a power plant (off of my qualifications with my AS degree) for a lot of money with a lot of people I like to work with.
July 2004 bought my first brand new Ford F150.
Nov. 2004 became friend with a girl
Feb 2005 started dating said girl from above.
March 2005 realized girl in question is the one.
May 2005 will probably ask her to be the one.
May/June 2005, getting ready to buy my first house (not related to any reason associated with having a girlfriend)

December 1980--I'm here
August 1983--My brother
1995--graduated grade school
1996--got my first car, 1970 Monte Carlo
1999--spent 2 weeks in Italy
1999--graduated high school, entered college
1999--(3 days into college), met an incredible girl, saw her for 3 years.
2000--Got my Bronco!!
2000--worked as an Application Engineer for a mechanical seal corp., as a business major (loved it)...turned down Merryl Lynch for it too.
2001--worked as a Land developer, broker....still do, love it. Got said job through girl's family's friends.
2004--Collected my first commission, and I'm still grinning about it.
Today--Still with this company, not with the girl, but still very much in touch with her, and aching sometimes for her. Still have the Bronco and the Monte, but I have to drive a 1999 Altima (18,500 miles since September '04 = I needed the mileage). I just got into work a little bit ago, and today's looking like it may be a little busy. After work tonight, I have class until 8:30, so I can go home and watch 24.
