Anybody ever order from shopdiesel.com? Are they legitimate? I ordered some items last Saturday for my '96 & '00 PSDs', they sent an email confirming the order saying they'd let me know when they were going to ship and a UPS tracking#. This was all fine and dandy but they also charged my card that day and I haven't heard a word or seen anything from them.
That's pretty much normal. I have ordered a few things from them - and a couple times never heard anything from them until my stuff got to my door. I have read a couple posts about people having a few problems, but I wouldn't get too worried yet.
I too have had them charge my card before I got anything. I wouldn't get too worried. I've always gotten what I ordered. I always pay w/ my AMEX so that I can get the charges taken off if they don't deliver. AMEX has a very good policy regarding this type of stuff. I never use a debit card for ordering anything over the web. Too much risk these days.
Keep us posted - Curious to see if something has changed with them.

Reason: left out
I've spent a fair of amount of money on stuff from shopdiesel.com. Always had great service and order confirm/shipping emails from them. Heck i ordered my 6 pos chip from them on tuesday and received it on friday, and that was free ground shipping to Idaho.
I have purchased filters from them before. I also ordered a water pump (which was on sale at the time) from them and was very happy with the product, transaction, and delivery. Just like shopping anywhere else, you gotta look around for the best price.........
Ya - that's what I get from them - fuel filters!! They do have pretty good sales sometimes - I got my 3 apillar gauges as a package deal from them for HANGish cheap....
i know they are a little pricey... but i like the look of the gauges i bought... and the total was not that much more than some of the "specials" i found on other sites... plus... what good are a set of gauges that you look at everyday if you don't like the way they look...?
