jerks when crusing
[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 17-May-00 AT 06:55 PM (EST)[/font][p]hello all i have a 96 f150 eddie bauer 6 inch lift an a 3 inch body liftthe problem i have is my 351 seems to sputter when crusing down the road i can let off the gas an it stops or i can mash the gas an the spotter stops an it takes off any one know what the problem might be i thaught it was a fuel pump but i switched tankes an it does the same thing i ran high octane gas an it still does it please help before i kill it

Can you post a picture or two of your truck? I would love to see it. Anyway, check the TP sensor. Sounds like a typical TP concern to me. Could also be an EGR sticking. Hope this can be of use to ya.
