He means broncograveyard.com, owned by Jeff. Nice guy too, and he can get you those fairly quickly.
So can your dealer actually. I just ordered the upper shock mounts and the four spring perches for my F350, since I have everything apart for frame restoration. Springs are not something I want falling off, and my perches look pretty bad.
I saw a couple of cracks which i welded over as a lame temporary solution until the new perches arrive, which should be end of next week.
just replaced both of mind on my 96 f-150 as well as the leaf springs they were all cracked too...it was a fun process good luck with yours. i got mine from ford
Wow...what a mess. I have a similar problem on my '87 F-150 Heavy Half.
Except mine's in the front. A buddy was changing out my starter....yeah I know how, he just wanted to do it...and called me over to look at the frame. It had rusted and cracked about 1/4 of an inch behind the idler arm bracket all the way from the bottom side, up the side to just over the bend at the top of the frame! VERY scary! I couldn't believe it had held up as long as it had because I use my truck like a truck EVERY day. Up to that point I had probably loaded anywhere from 1000 to 3000 lbs. of steel and misc. items many times on my truck at least once every 2 weeks. To think I was running down interstates and such at speeds of 55 to 75 mph and had NO CLUE the frame was almost rusted through behind my pass. wheel! I've since had a buddy weld the crack as best he could with a crap torch and he also added some thick gauge steel plates...one on the bottom of the frame and one from the frame to the bottom of the idler arm. It's holding up quite well. That's what Minnesota winters do for ya! lol
That's why my Missouri 1969 Ranger F-100 stays parked in the winter.

every f150 i have looked at has had frame rust. Ive only looked at one 89 that wasnt bad, but it had heavy undercoating done years back. The weird thing. my 85 broncos body is almost gone, there are holes behind driver/pass seat that i can stick my head through almost but yet the frame is immaculate. Maybe a little surface rust but nothing bad at all. Our 02 chevy 2500 work truck has worse rust on it. Did they do something different with the bronco frames then the trucks?
I can get brackets for around 32 dollars each from ford. I think I'm just going to go thru them. Is there anything else I should pick up in the process?
some good beer, bandiaides, box of swear words, big f__kin' hammer you know the usual stuff you need to work on ford trucks.
your shackle looks bad also. i would replace that. the bolts are a bear to get out of the springs. i suggest you do the other side also. wear goggles! lots of crap going to get in your face. good luck!

you may get the nut off but the bolt sometimes rusts to the metal in the leaf eylet. i had to cut the head off one and the hammer it out. on another i had to cut both ends off than hammer the hell out of the remaining part of the bolt. if it was me i would cut, grind or sawzall the rivets off frame bracket, and cut the bolt in the spring eyelet off and than replace everything else. if you have problem post and i will try to help. oh, i used a small jack to keep spring away from frame.
I just performed this operation a week ago. The easiest way is to destroy the rubber bushing in the eye of the leaf spring and buy a new one. It cost me $13 from ford. You will need a big C-clamp to install the new one. I spent an entire day trying to pound out and remove the rusted bolt from the bushing in the spring and got no where.
The shackle should be avalable at a suspension shop. Mine cost aroung $25.
The frame mount and new bolts from ford came to a total around $60.
You will also need 4 7/16", I believe, grade 8 bolts for the frame mount. The best way to remove the rivits is to grind off the heads and to punch out the remaining nub with an air hammer.
Also, I used blocks of wood to hold the spring in place while working on it. It is a multiple person job. Good luck .
