How soon do you need stuff done?
How much do you have to spend?
I have a friend who has no phone of tv in his house and he has built both a plane and his hot rod. I am not talking asssembled, I'm talking built.
I's say, build the room, buy and redo an old F150 or better yet earlier, and build the bike.
I don't know about where you are, but here in FL you can get steel building kits very cheap. Pour a slab and bolt the thing together. Of course, in my neighborhood, they would run you out of town if you did that! I always build my own stuff, after lots of careful consideration of exactly what I need. An old farmer once told me "Figure out the biggest building that you think you will ever need, then triple it, and it will be almost big enough!"
