Vent Window HELP

Its been so long since I tore them apart I dont remember how they go together! This is concerning the parts you cant see. Starting at the very bottom holding it all toghter is the nut then the spring and then WHAT? Also what goes inside the bracket (I think the funny washer that only allows the vent window to swing so far right????) I have the NUT,SPRING,FUNNY WASHER WITH GROVES INSIDE, TWO FLAT WASHERS, PLASTIC FLAT WASHER. What order does it go back together?

more help needed

I have the same question with a bonus... where can i find the correct washers and nut that go on the pivots. I have a brand new Vent window frame but now I need to install it. The old ones are so rusted that I can't seem to determine how they went together and are pretty much rusted on. Any help is appreciated.

'66 slick if it matters.

No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.

Spyderjohn asked for the same parts in another thread. No one has any.

When Spyderjohn asked for these parts in the other thread ("Vent Seal Removal"), I typed these numbers, searched for them...no one had any.

The p/n for the nut is actually 353618-S100. Standard (hardware) parts shown in illustrations may not have the complete suffix listed.

Since Ford updates/replaces part numbers more often than women change their minds, I found the complete number in the O-S-I catalog.

The 100 only tells you what type finish the fastener had. The -S at end of number tells you the part number is complete. 100 is usually used in suspension parts with a red type (dye) finish. Kind of like bolts or nuts on steering and suspension along with e-brake clips etc.

I saw in another post you called the part number for same item 356618-S
A obvious typo. The 100 is not needed to know what it is.

In this case the S-100 indicates non standard finish.(Special Finish) This being a special part number as it is 6 digits. S100 thru S104 were all special finishes.

For instance in 1944 the Special part numbers started with 350000-S and ended with 350300-S

1965 The special numbers ended 381500-S

1966 ended with 382200-S

Sometimes yes, sometimes no, it depends on the part number. Standard parts listed in illustrations may not have the full suffix listed. To verify, you have to go to the text section, find the number.

Or if you have O-S-I (Obsolete-Supercede-Interchange) catalogs 25 years or so after the fact, it's usually easier to find the number, because, by this time, it was either replaced or obsoleted.

If you type a standard part number into parts locator sites without the full suffix, one of three things will occur.

FoMoCo Dealer websites message: No Parts Found / FoMoCo Dealer Parts Locator System message: Invalid Part Number / PartsVoice.com: No one will have any, because the number is invalid.

Example: Illustration Section 30, Page 3: 1965/69 F100/250 2WD front suspension. Zerk fitting for spindle plug (3B167) is listed as 87922-S .. Type this part number into PartsVoice, see what happens.

I just did, no one has any. But, if you type 87922-S8 (listed in Text, Section 30.2, Page 5) .. Green Sales has 9. And...this is just one example of 1000's.

btw: Do you happen to have a Standard Parts Catalog? They are hard to find, the only one I have was printed in 2000, not much help since many 1970 and earlier numbers were obsoleted, so they're not listed.

I've typed well over 10,000 part numbers here on FTE. I read the posts after the fact, edit...correct errors, but every once in a while, I might miss something.
