Speaker size

I have a 97 150 s-cab and need to replace all 4 speakers! What are the sizes? I've searched the forums and have seen 6X8 and 6X9. Anybody have a good website for these? I have an Alpine head unit, and no sub (yet).
Thanx

Here is a link to a seller on ebay. I just bought a pioneer head unit with CD/MP3/WMA reader with remote and 4 pioneer 6x8 4-way speakers for my 97 s-cab for 237 bucks that includes shipping. Hopefully I will be able to get my buddy over this weekend to help install it. Any 6x8 will work in front and back. YOur local Walmart sells the wire kit and face plate kit. You can use coathangers has removal tools to take out for factory radio. No need to buy the tools.
