make sure you have fuel in the tanks. if one tank ran dry or bad pickup tube, it will take a while to pump fuel to the engine. keep the fuel filter full while trying this. when you loosen the injection lines at the nozzles, you will see lots fuel not just drops. dont work the starter too long, sensitive to heat damage. give it time to cool off. between crankings. try loosening all the injection lines and see how much fuel you get. the lift pump to the filter housing should show about 7 psi pressure. hope this helps.
