Nope, you have to run all the wires.
Atleast that's what I had to do.
I bought the switch from Ford, modified the trim piece to hold the switch, and ran all the wires.
I'm having a problem with getting mine to work however. I have the switch wired right, and the mirrors are supposed to work (I got them off ebay, so its anyones guess).
I get power out of the switch, but the polaritys are all mixed up from what my schematic says they should be. I think that is from me just tapping into the black/white power wire from my window switch. I'm thinking that the polarity of this wire is all backwards.
I haven't had the time to finish the job, but hopefully soon I'll get that Honey-do list trimmed down enough.
