49 ford flathead 6
I need to know the firing order of the different flat6's that came in 49 ford pickup? There is one with the distributor on the side and one on the front and i need to know the one on the side?

The two distributor types you mention are used on 2 diferent engines, the front mount is the G series, used until late '47, the side distributor is the H series, which took it's place very late in '47. The H is what you will find in '49's.
