intentional limp mode

is there a way to get a vehicle that wont start to go into limp mode so it wont play with timing or fuel?

On Fords, unplug the spout connector.

where is the spout connector located on a 94 f150 4.9L

If you have a manual transmission, you can bump start it. On most Fords the SPOUT is a two wire connector located near the firewall/heater with a black plastic plug in it, near the dist..
