Dashboard loose
the dashbord frame ear tab mount on the lower right side at the door jam broke off. Now my dash board flexes and moves everytime I hit a bump in the road. It's enought to make my cd player skip every time. I've tried bracing it with strapping metal braces but it didn't work to well. Any ideas?

I had the same thing happen on my 93....what I eventualy did to fix this was to drill out a new section above the brake (what a pain, limited access) I used a 1/2" bit in the plastic then got a rubber grommit from Lowes to fit the hole in the plastic. I drilled out the metal with a 7/16th bit. Then used a self tapping screw with a wide washer to tighten it down. (I miss metal frame dash boards)

Dashboard loose
There is a center brace, a small braket that breaks on these dash boards, causing them to flex and break off other parts. Check the center tube braket and make sure that it did not break first. Is so just replace it.
