Thank you for the job that you are doing for our country, I pray that you make it back safely.
Congrats on your new purchase. The 69 did not have factory discs, but if it did you could. The front ends are the same from 65 to 79, so the disc systems from the 73-79 are a direct bolt up.
My shop manuals show only 69 F250 and up have disc on them, but like the previous response 73-79 bolt right in. I used 78 parts from the wrecker to bolt into my 69 and it worked great, make sure you get all the parts from the same donor. Stay safe!
I'm new to F-100's but I just read that the front ends are not all alike. As of '74, when front discs became standard on F-150's, the I-beams had larger king pins and bushings on the ends. And therefore, different sized hubs. In the same article, it was said that the whole I-beam setup IS interchangeable, so get the whole set-up for your conversion. Not sure about the earlier F-250's king pin sizes, but I think the pre-'74 front disc hubs/spindles are interchangeable with the non-disc I-beams.

Let me correct myself, The front ends are bolt up exchange from 65 to 79, meaning you can bolt a 79 I-Beam set under a 65. I run a set from a 76 under my 66. There seems to be some confusion in the tech article on this site.
Some guys like to swap the spindles at the kingpin (hinge) others like myself recommend the complete swap, as well as purchasing your donor truck, so you will have all of the parts that you will need to do the upgrade.
I believe it was 73 when the change occured. You can swap a 250 & 100 as the chassis mounts are the same.
