I think our chapter leader should have a gallery. If he is to represent Sask and Man, He should be proud to show off his Canadian Steel! Also how is your F-350 coming along?

You are so right but you will have to come over and explain this digital *****camera and how to post the pics. All that I know is how to get on the internet and this site. If you come over and help me out then I can show you how to weld with a mig and to use a plasma cutter. Deal? I will be busy with my Bobcat sevices for most of the summer so the 71 will have to wait. The 390 is painted, installed and for the most part running quite well. It has a noisy fuel pump(I hope that is what it is) and I need to do something about the aircleaner/carb spacer. Then I want to get the body work done and painted and replace the windsheild. I have the stainless steel wheel inserts for it and need 4 more tubeless wheels with tires. How is that for a wish list? Get any of your truck fixed? We need you on the road this summer.
I've fixed the passenger door, installed the door locks and fixed the heater. I'm planning on redoing the bed floor. So is the F-350 a flatbed? If so do you need a hoist....

It was a grain truck with a box & hoist when I got it. the cylinder maybe in the way of the 5th wheel hitch but should be ok. If it did not have a pto for the hoist I would have used a C6 automatic transmission. Seems every old one ton that I buy has a box & hoist, even my 57 F350 has a hoist.
Well I could help with the C-6 tranny. The hoist I have is electric. It has a starter motor that runs a pump. It's rated at 2-3 tons and since it's electric you can operate the hoist at the back with a switch (good for dumping grain).
