No, not really.
You can make your own. That's what I did. (You'd have to remove stock console when you want to use the TV)
With the popularity of in vehicle entertainment I think there are much easier and cheaper alternatives now.
I got a 12" flip down TFT & DVD/TV player/receiver for about $300 (ebay!) and installed it myself in less time than it took me to make my old homemade TV/VCR Combo holder.
Even easier and cheaper was the two 7.5" screens w/DVD player I got from Wal-Mart for $260 for my F150.
What size TV were you thinking of putting in the center console?
