I bought the iPod mini and the iCarPlay wireless+ modulator from Monster and I'm not happy with the sound quality. I'd like to find something similiar to this
This topic was talked a lot back when the new F150's first came out... it's due to the proprietary interface that the Ford head units have. Company's kept saying that they were in the process of making a AUX input for it but so far no luck. Right now, the only way, using your stock stereo, is by using the AUX input RCA jacks found on the the Ford and some aftermarket DVD players.
Btw, a little off the subject, those USA SPEC interfaces only work with play lists. Each playlist acts a CD in the CD changer using the OEM's stereo "CD changer" interface. Alternatively, you can get a Alpine, Kenwood or Pioneer head unit and use a iPod interface or any stereo with a AUX input. I myself have a Pioneer stereo with the iPod interface... really nice.
