Your truck would use the MSD TFI coil. It is designed to work with the stock ignition hook up. That way eveything plugs in with no splicing.
As for the MSD Box I don't know about that, since I haven't gotten that far with mine yet.
Good luck in your search for more "spark"

You mentioned getting more RPMS out of the engine, currently my motor does not like to go over 3000 rpm, you're saying that changing the way the spark is delivered lets it rev higher and freer? I'd like to hear how that can be described, other than seat of the pants feeling.

I run the Msd 6a in my 1993 F-150 and it did wonder's for the engine, I couldn't tell any mileage difference, but power made up for it. I also have the blaster coil.

With my 300-6, she did not like anything above 3000 with the stock setup. If I could, or needed to, take it above 3k, there would be little or no power. And above 3k it would make some god awful noises, almost like it was gonna blow. Once I put in the MSD 6AL (which has a rev limiter, anti-vibration mounts, and other things that can be added) and the MSD Blaster TFI Coil, I could easily rev it above 3k and the sounds went away. I can take it to 3500 and have power all the way, not just quit at 3000. (really noticable and needed when pulling out into traffic). Maybe because the MSD setup produces higher voltage, and multpile sparks for RPM's under 3000 and one continuous spark for anything over, but it also produces spark for a longer duration (20 degress of crankshaft rotation).
Just the other day I was hauling a trailer up a steep grade and couldn't quite make it in 4th (loosing too much speed) so I down shifted into 3rd and had power again. I took it up and held it at 3500 and kept going around 55-60 MPH.
Granted, it's not like upgrading to a 351 (which one day I hope to) But definetly better then the stock setup. Plus you can say "yeah, I got MSD".
Hope this helps.

I use these on my truck, although it's a 5.0 it used to be 300 Straight 6. Just a thought.

You can also try http://www.jegs.com they have about the same selection as Summit. It helps to have the manufacturers part number first though.
Either way, You'll be paying about $50 or more for the set of plug wires. That's just the way it is I guess.
If you want to play you gotta pay. Or, more power = empty wallet (that's mine)
But, basically any performance plug wire set is going to cost money. If your going to step up theamount of voltage you are throwing to your plugs, then you will need to go to beefier wires as well. That's why I switched over to the 9mm's from Ford Motorsport. Mine lasted for well over two years (until one of the wires got against a header pipe and it melted the insulation off of it!)
But hey, it was only a suggestion.
