Transmission

My F250 changes gears to a higher gear when I need the power to go up a steep hill. It up shifts instead of down shift in OD or out of OD. Any one else have that happen?

Mine does it, too. But I think it's the torque convertor locking up rather than the transmission shifting. I pretty sure it's normal. Maybe someone else will comment.
