clicking noise

clicking noise
My 1986 F-150 4x4 just started making this clicking noise. It seems to be coming from under the driver side. It only happens when it is in 4 wheel drive. Would this have anything to do which the driveshaft? Any other suggestions thanks guy's

Sounds like it is most likely a front driveshaft ujoint is going. If your truck is lifted, it could be that one of your yokes is binding. Another possibility is that your drivers side hub is not fully engaged, but this is the least likely of the three.
