Cool 2000 Ford Expedition VIBRATION PROBLEM !!!

Hi i have 2000 Ford Expedition. Last week i picked up my car from dealership. It was in for BallJoints Replacment, Tire Rods, Hub Bearings ... and some problem with steering. After they replaced all these parts they also did 4 Wheel Alighment. The problem is that now when I hit 20 MPH and keep the same speed car SHAKES from site to site and VIBRATES. Its even worst when i drive around 60 MPH ... then whole car VIBRATES so much that it feels like its falling apart. I'm taking it back on TUESDAY. My question is ... WON'T i damage something by driving it like this until Tuesday, and also ANY IDEAS WHAT THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE. PLEASE HELP/

I just encountered that type of problem with my 2001 F-150...took it in and found out I had "two" bad coilpacks. They replaced them and now it's working like a charm..you might have them check that

How long had you been driving around before noticing your front end needed repairs? I'm wondering if your tires were affected by the worn front suspension components, like severe cupping, belt shift or wear characteristics. Now that the front end is back to factory specs, the worn tires may not be "rolling" properly. Just taking a shot in the dark.

I don't think tires have something to do with this ... i just recently changed my tires ... so i would say i was driving like this for around 5000 miles. Also i did take a look at them (Goodyear Wrangler RT/S) and they are in perfect condition.
Anyway I'm taking it back on Tuesday ... will see what will Dealer say. I will keep you guys posted.

Similar problem

I had a similar problem....I simply could not believe the tires were an issue.

But for the heck of it I had them rotated and the steering wheel shake (especially right around 60 mph) got much better.

Incidently, my problems only surfaced after I had the front end worked on (new upper and lower ball joints, tied rod ends, anti-sway link)

make them take a good look at those anti sway bar links...hard to see the cracked/broken ones.
