shop lift doesnt work....
i have a question about a lift at my neighbors new shop he opened....its an inground type lift, the top part looks kinda like a big X...he said he couldnt find any controls to it so he dont know if it works or not, im not familiar with lifts so i was wondering if anyone can tell me what to look for, or what i need to look for if someone removed the controls for it......

There should be a pipe stand near the wall at one end or the other, with a handle on it. The pipe will be like an upside down "U", with an air muffler on one side, and a handle in the middle. The lift is air operated, so the compressor and shop piping system need to be charged before the lift will operate.
