Good to know. I am waiting to put my sway bar back on after I get the longer end links. I hope no more noises come out after the re-install.

Thanks for the clarification.

The noise is not like a loose clatter, it's more like something big or heavy bouncing or wiggling.

I typically just tighten that stuff in the same manner you do, as tight as I can get it with a big breaker bar. The sound seems very similar to me as yours. It sounds like two big heavy pieces of metal bouncing on top of each other or making hard contact when the suspension bounces on a big bump on the down stroke. I have only put 5,000 miles on my truck since the lift, so I'm hoping that if it's stuff settling as the reason for having to retorque it will settle soon. I've read that it takes about 10,000 miles after a lift kit is installed for everything to settle into place good, so who knows? My truck is a year old this month and only has 7300 miles on it now, so I guess it will take me a while to know for sure. However, this weekend I am going to try tightening just my u bolts or just the trac bar to see which one for sure helps make the noise go away.
