The suspension on your bronco uses coil springs on the front whereas an F-250 4x4 would use leaf springs. Seeing as how they are both small blocks, maybe you can make it work, not sure about differences in the frame though.

The F150/Bronco front axle should bolt into the F250 2wd chassis. AFAIK, the suspension mounting points are the same. To go to 8 lug on the TTB, you'll need Chevy 10 bolt or 44 hubs, spindles, etc.

You might be able to get away with keeping the coils with the TTB Dana 44 in the F-250. In fact, it would probably be easier that way, as you wouldn't have to fab leaf perches onto the 44. Since the F-250 already uses coils, it just seems like less work. Plus, you'd have a unique truck. As someone else said, you'll need to convert the front to 8 lugs if you don't want to carry two spares. Since you have an auto tranny, you will need to swap out the trannies. At the very least you will need the 4x4 tailhousing for the C6.

one big detail to remember, BE SURE THE AXLE RATIOS MATCH. If you were to just throw the front axle in and the ratios were different, the transfer case would be 86'd. Load capacity is another possible issue, if you haul much.
