The box fits great. I have the smaller one because I was told that is all that would fit. Now that I plunked down the $500+ I've seen several short beds with the larger box in it. I'd sell the smaller box if I didn't think I was gonna take a huge hit on it. It's completely packed and it's brand new. No room for additional goodies.
You are on the right track. Both 117 & 127 fit great. I have one now, and several in the past. Knaack/ Weatherguard doesn't differenciate between F150s & F250s. So their sizing chart is http://www.knaacksecure.com/content....bcategory_id=9
Can't remember the model number but it is a large black diamond plate aluminum chest that sits below the bed rails. It is supposed to fit the older model (pre 99), but fits my 04 just fine. The box for the 99-04 are narrower and look funny in the bed.
It's black aluminum model 127-5. And I drilled some holes in it. Two on the driver's side for an amature radio antenna. Three across the back for eye bolts to use for tiedowns. I'd include the eye bolts(stainless), but I'd need to keep the antenna bracket. Exterior is perfect, interior is a little scratched up, tools in it. And it's the saddle box not the cross box. I wanted to be able to put long things in it.

Yeah. but I really don't want to take a big hit on it. I need to see what I paid for it. I'll let you know. Where's Wayne? You don't want to ship this thing. lol
