Hello all.Has anyone ordered filters from Oilguard?If so how long does UPS Ground take?I've been waiting 1 full week now.Whan you try to call them the message is from Christmas.I'm in Arizona and they are in Cali. Thanks

 

It took alittle over a week to get mine.

 

It took about 10-17 days for me to get my order. Not sure exactly since I was on vacation and the box was here when I got home.

 

Dont feel to bad I placed an order on 11 March 2005 they record it on 14 March 2005, I have callled them 3 times each time they say some of my stuff is there and some is back ordered. I told them just wait until all has come in. I ordered oil filters, air filter, fuel filters, oil cap and oil filter cap. Last spoken words with manager was he was sorry and would call me Monday we will see. I am not impressed, I told him all you have to do is e mail me to tell me , cause I did it online, he said he was sorry and was going to give some people heck. Oh by the way they have been paid already charged my account. Should of told him about this site and the potential for lost business.

 

I received my Oilguard bypass unit and a 3-pack of oil filters in about a week, UPS Ground. Ordered 2 fuel filters after that and they arrived in less than a week. It worked out very well for me, I hope you get your items soon!
