i do have a few of the items (the cheaper ones of course), and yes I have a list. Yeah.... a fantasy now but i have 30+ items on the fantasy list already priced and i plan on getting them in the future. I have researched a long time on these products and have made the right choice.
I looked to see your gallery, but you didn't build one so I had to ask. I built up an 82 F150 2wd last year. It was fun. I had a pretty big wish list for it, but once I started driving the 300l6 on the highway I decided to tank most of the ideas. No matter how pretty it is, it doesn't do highway speeds geared the way it is and putting that kind of money into a 2wd didn't sound appetizing. I am REALLY excited about the 4x4 though. Life in the desert would more enjoyable with the top off, the lights on, and my girl in the passenger seat...
My list gets bigger everyday and I haven't even picked it up yet.... Provided the mechanical is in good working order, I will probably start saving for the toy upgrades you suggested. Some of those Weld Wheels look really nice, I can already see her with the Cheyenne 5 spokes.... BUT WOW! What a huge price tag... might have to stay stock awhile... I hope that's $430 a set and not $430 a piece....
you can look around about the weld racing wheels. All of the feedback I saw about them said they are very tough and high quality and were recommended. I personally liked a set I saw and that drew me into looking at the weld wheels in the first place. You can ask a lot of others on here about the bassani headers and y pipe and they will also suggest them. Some of the simple things are pretty much given like a k&n filters and simple things like that. A 4" lift is just enough and 33's look good. The bfg tires of course are praised almost everywhere.
I may stick with steel wheels just because they are cheaper to replace, but... Thanks for the input. It might be a couple of months, but soon I can turn those images into before and after images... ; )
