Tranny mount replacement ?
I need to replace the tranny mount on my 85 F-250HD S-cab 4x4. It has a 460/C6. I bought the mount already, but haven't really looked to see what I am up against. Is this something I can just unbolt the mount and use a jack to raise the tranny, swap the mounts, lower and bolt back together? I wasn't sure if anything else had to be removed or not. Will I have to remove the crossmember?
