Only coil over shocks or air shocks help support. It's a spring problem for sure. Alot of F150's have the have misaligned rear springs especially if you take your truck offroad. If I were you I would start by fixing that problem and then continue from there if necessary. Good luck

On my 98 F150, I had the left rear spring slightly bent, resulting uneven height on rear end on both sides. Had both rear springs replaced, and it evened it out. Interesting, the Firestone shop didn't notice it when I replaced the tires with new Bridgestone Duelers when they had trouble aligning the wheels. I took it to different shop, and this expert guy said I needed to replace leaf springs to even it all out and it'll align properly without any shimming added.
