Allison trans swap??

Allison trans swap??
Have been looking at the Navistar page, I see they use Allison automatics in their trucks. Does the 444 and the 7.3 have the same trans mount pattern and has anyone put an allison into their Ford???

yeah the pattern is the same, they use the 2000 and 3000 alisons. problem is the truck computer and the trans computer have to be able to "talk" theres gonna be things the trans computer needs from the ford computer that it wont get. also the 2000 and 3000 are HUGE you would probably have to put a 6" body lift on to get it under there. best bet is a brians truck shop auto. the dookiemax uses the allison 1000 which is about the same size as the autos that are in the truck right now. same thing though getting them to talk to figure out how to work right
