Question Flow Tech Header flange question?

Hi everyone,
Im in the process of putting new copper exhaust gaskets on my 88,F250 4x4 with a 351 and auto tranny.
I finally found my problem that I was haveing, the header on the passanger side had 3 cracks, thats why it sounded so crappy!
I got it welded and put all back together except for the header flanges and pipes,I've never put headers on before and just assumed the flanges used the normal doughnut flange gasket's?
When I took it apart there were no gaskets and the headers have a lrg ball and the flanges have a deep cup,do I not need the doughnut gaskets with this type set up?
Thanks for the help!
Russell

Correct. No gaskets needed.
