fuel line flaring.. single or double?

Im running some 5/8" fuel line for my truck and Im taking everyones advise and getting stainless steel tubing. My questions are:

1) Can anyone recommend a good flaring tool for stainless?
2) I have seen a few tools that might work for stainless, but they only double flare up to a 1/2". Do I need a double flare for a fuel line or will a single flare work? This is for a carburated system, so the pressures will be below 20psi.
3) Last question. Does anyone know of a good source for fittings for these lines?

Thanks for the help.

Anyone in your area that does power boats should be able to supply the fittings you need. As far as single or double flair is concerned it depends what it is fitting against. Hope this is of some help.
