Hi!!!!
i have a f150 ext. cab also..... but it had the 4.6L engine...... but I needed more power, and we gave a 5.4Lswap with a whipple supercharger and many other mayor mods....
the power is overwhelming!!!! .... y also have a srt-4 with mopar stage 3 uprade, and y think this f150 is even more powerfull....

Honestly I think you guys don't give the 4.6 enough credit. I firmly believe it's one of the nicest motors ford ever made. It has the potential to be a very formidable powerplant. Especially the DOHC versions used in the Mustang Cobra cars. Here are some examples. Even the SOHC models can put up a good fight.
