I am looking to buy a 62 f250 4x4 stepside. Its a 4 speed and inline 6. The body is in decent shape. Needs work on the cab and front fenders. What is a good price to offer for this truck.
Make sure you check the radiator support and cab mounts before you decide. The radiator supports rot out and are hard to find and expensive when you do. look it over real good. As for price , it depends on where you are. We've had lively discussions on pricing , depending on where you live. In the Northeast, they go for alot more than Texas.
I live in pa. The support looked good. I think the cab moubts do have some issues. I can get another cab for a real good price if the cab isnt fixable.
The question is what is the person asking for the truck, I bought a ’64 F250 4x4 back in August that was restored in 1992 and was kept in really good condition. I paid just over 3000 for it and that included delivery from Ohio to PA. So it kind of depends on what the overall condition is and what the asking price is.

If you need someone else to look at and give you a opinion on the overall condition or what it might be worth let me know. I have restored a few trucks and I currently have a '58 F100 2x4, '59 F250 4x4 and my newest '64 F250 4x4.
