Hey Chris it's Jason. This has happened to me several times; try using a left handed drill bit. If the bit doesn't loosen the bolt and screw out, the drill bit will still drill it out. Be sure to use a smaller bit than the hole in hopes that it will unscrew itself. Also, go VERY slow. The bolt won't loosen if you just drill it out. I have a set if you want to try it.
