Fog Lights

I have a 2001 F250, and my fog lights won't come on without the headligghts being on. Is there a way for the fog lights to be on wothouot the headlights? I would like the fog lights to be on without the headlights being on. I have seen (or thought I have seen) F150 and 250's same year as mine with the fog lights on without the headlights.

Need Help with Fog Light Mod

I have followed the directions I found here on this forum, and I got the Headlight switch out and can see where I need to file but there is a huge housing around it. How do I get it out of that housing. I have a 2001 F250 and I am trying to get my fog lights to come on with the parking lights, right now they won't come one until the headlights are on and I want to change that.
