What is the latest date to place an order for the following line? 05' Supercab FX Flareside 4X4?

My guess is F150 since the SD isn't available as a Flareside.

 

Ford says we have until July 1st to order any 2005 150, but I wouldn't wait that long. They've been cutting us off early on everything else, and there may be a constraint on the flareside near the end of the model year. I'd be looking to order this no later than May 1st-15th.

 

In looking at the production cut off dates, there is this VSO production/order lingo. What's VSO stand for? THANKS.

And from your experiences, the Flareside inventories usually run out before the Styleside models? And is a Flareside model considered a VSO? THANKS.
