Wink Just a question

I was reading in a General Automotive forum about us zealots that own PSDs. One guy stated that we would rather have a Dodge or Chevy diesel than a ford gasser. Just wondered what everybody else thought.

Some people are not neccessarily brand loyal, just fuel type loyal. Possibly could have gotten a lemon and now has a bad taste in his/her mouth about Fords gassers. But more than likely that person was just trying to ruffle some feathers and start an arguement. Personally I don't care. Drive what you want I'll drive what I want. I may give someone a hard time because I know my truck is superior but in the end I just don't care. I have never understood why people take some of that stuff so seriously, especially what is said on the internet. They need to find out what they are lacking in their personal lives, fix it, and then move on to more important things. Life is too short to dwell on petty things such as brands, fuels, etc.
Oh well,

Amen, Mike. I read that thread earlier and even threw my own 2 cents in. Who cares what other people (especially ones you don't even know) think about what you drive, or what you wear, or where you live, or what you look like, or what race or religion you are, or how much money you make, or (I could go on forever) whatever. Have pride in yourself and love who you are! Forget the nitwits, life is too short to dwell on BS.

What gets me is the attitude that I see alot, thats when someone doesnt like somthing because of a personal preference then that automatically makes it crap, or junk and the person who owns it is an idiot. If you dont like what someone drives why do you have bad mouth it and the owner, then other idiots with the same mentallity jump in and then perfectly good vehicles get bad reputations. In these peoples minds quality is based on there personal dislikes and opinions.

I love Ford gas motors, at one time or another I've owned or drove every one that Ford has made in the past 20 years.

I really love the Modular motors, and really think that Ford has hit a homer with it.

Just happend to be that the price and milage was right on my oil burner.
