Automatic climate control into regular non-CC explorer?

Automatic climate control into regular non-CC explorer?
I have a friend that has a 2001 5.0L AWD explorer and it has regular A/C. He wants to swap it over to the automatic Climate Control setup. I am thinking it should be pretty straight forward in swapping over the control panel and maybe the a/c amplifier. Is it going to be that simple? Thanks.
