Can someone please decode a '78 VIN #

I'm looking into a 1978 Bronco with VIN #: U15SLCC7990, if someone can decode this I sure would appreciate it.

Also, anyone know of a VIN background checking service for this age vehicle? All the ones I can find on the internet are for 1981 to present.

You can go to Ford Fleet Maintenance VIN decoder or just print the valid 17 character VIN and someone will give you the rundown.
