When I play music pretty loud or there is enough bass it will make the door panels rattle a little bit. It is really annoying! I can put my hand on the door panel and push to make it stop, is there a way around this?

I solved my similar problem with self tapping screws but I wouldn't recommend that. Maybe look for a thin piece of foam from an upholsterer that makes door panels and put that between the panel and door and make sure all your panel fasteners are not stripped and replace any that are. The foam should definitely absorb any vibration.
