If you plan to powdercoat the MC you will need to disassemble it completely, the rubber seals will not take the heat, and plug or cover any/all machined surfaces. You will NOT be able to powdercoat the booster tho since you can't take it apart to remove the diaphram(s). I'm using a polished stainless booster and aluminum MC so I don't have to worry.
Oven has to be for powder coat use "ONLY" not the kitchen unit.

Man, maybe I need to go buy $30 worth of brake fluid and pour it all over my truck, sure would beat sanding the damn thing down. I spent a whole hour sanding one fender down to bare metal, and thats with a D/A sander and 60 grit paper. Im gonna be hockin multi colored boogers for days now, lol. I counted over 8 layers of paint and primer.

If you are stripping separate pieces, buy some aircraft grade paint stripper (not that weak stuff they sell in the paint depts)
and have at it. Be sure to heed the instructions especially about safety and neutralizing it afterwards. If any remains in seams etc. it will blister the new paint.

You don't need filler just smooth it out and paint it. LOL
