Explorer Engine reprogramming
I have a 1997 sohc Explorer.Ever since i had a new engine fitted the o/d has flashed,i have been told today that maybe my Ford dealer did not reprogramme the pcm to accept the new engine !!.He said this could be why the o/d light is flashing as its not recognising the new engine.Does anyone have any ideas,the flashing o/d light is not throwing up any codes.Im desperate for help as the Ford dealer here in the uk is of no help.
