ok 92 F-150 extended cab, factory head unit sounded fine, cheap roadgear headunit sunded fine, put in an older pioneer and the rears work fine, but the fronts you cant hear and when you put fade all the way to the front it only makes backround noises like some beats on 100% fade you cant even tell what song it is becuase it will only do background noise. Figured it was the fault of the head unit it was cheap, put in a new pioneer and it dose the exact same thing, any body have any idea! ITS WEIRD!!! thanks yall
ohh yea took out one of the front speakers and tried it up in my room, sounded fine so would bad wires cause this? or some kind of factory amp....long shot
I Doubt That That Model Truck Would Have A Factory Amp, I Would Just Hook Some Speaker Wires Directly From The Deck To The Speakers And If That Fixes The Problem Then You Will Have To Run New Wires..
It sounds as if you here only the differences between both channels, probably you have a common wire at both speakers.
Not all amps work the same, so disconnect one speaker at a time, do the speakers work well then, you should check the wiring with a testingmeter.
If you do have a common wire, check how the connector is wired, find where it splits up, cut off the right one, and connect this one with the connector.
