Flooding

After my truck has been running for about 10 mins. If I turn it off it is flooded when I go to start it again. If I go to the stor 5 mins away when I come out at try to start it i is flooded. It is a 86 300 I6.

Time to look in the carb. check the needle and seat for dirt, also check the float level.
