another 91 e250 lift question

i heard rumors that you can use lift kits and body lifts from broncos and f series... is this true?

I don't think so. I think the frame on the vans is wider than the trucks.

There are no (mass produced) suspension lift kits for any (2WD) E series vans currently. Other than the ones made by Camburg. Which any good 4x4 Fab Shop should be able to do the same proceedure.

But you can use F Series body lift kits.
